Front of House Receptionist

We’re seeking a cheerful and confident Front of House Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

You are

A proactive professional with strong administrative and customer service skills, familiar with the advertising industry (previous agency experience a plus). A positive, welcoming, and effective communicator who sweats the small stuff and manages their time to a tee — working well on your own and in a team. And of course, you’re digi-savvy and know your way around the MS Office Suite (admin qualifications a plus).

The role

As our Front of House Receptionist, you will:

  • Effectively perform admin and ad hoc duties in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Be the friendly voice on the end of the line and the first face you see at the agency. You’ll also be the main point of contact with building management for any office issues.
  • Manage the office facilities, kitchen and supplies — co-ordinating meeting rooms, catering, deliveries, couriers and more.
  • Report to the Business Support Manager and work closely with a supportive team.

This role is a 12 month maternity leave fixed term contract.
