Graphic Artist

The Brand Agency, part of the leading communications group WPP AUNZ, is looking for a Graphic Artist to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic agency focused on supporting your personal growth and development.

The role

You'll work closely with the account management and creative teams on a diverse range of artwork from templated branded work, to bringing storyboard concepts to life, to the final delivery of spec-ready assets. You'll work across all channels including digital, print, OOH and AV.

Who we are looking for

As well as attention to detail that's second to none, you are a whiz with shortcuts. Your speed and proficiency as a graphic artist will be put to good use as you work your way through a variety of jobs in this fast-paced environment. You have excellent layout and typographic skills as well as the ability to understand and work within clearly defined brand guidelines to produce high quality work that’s fit for purpose.

You have a firm understanding of digital and print specifications and are a master of the software needed to produce high quality work in a Mac environment. You possess strong skills across InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Animate. Strengths in traditional illustration, retouching, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or coding will also be highly regarded, as will your constant desire to self-learn and keep up to date with new media and best practice.

With tertiary qualifications in Graphic Art/Finished Art, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position. You have a great attitude and you’re a problem solver who attacks challenges head on with drive and passion.
