Office Manager/Executive Assistant

The Brand Agency, part of Australia’s most successful communications group WPP AUNZ, is looking for an Office Manage/EA to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Whilst this role is a full-time opportunity, we are open to applicants seeking part-time hours (30 hours a week).
Working as part of our shared services team, and reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day to day office management as well as providing high-level executive and administrative support to the leadership team. The role will also see you:
- Communicate and liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage large events and functions
- Manage travel arrangements across the agency
- Be the main point of contact for WPP AUNZ WA queries and requests
- Monitor and update content on The Brand Agency website and social media channels
- Manage our front of house (including Reception) and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis
In addition to your day to day responsibilities, you will be required to closely support the Finance and HR team ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a high-level of emotional intelligence, be proactive and able to identity and prioritize responsibilities and assignments independently. You will be autonomous (as our executive team are frequently out of the office) but also able to work as part of a team. You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
