Senior Graphic Artist

The Brand Agency, part of Australia’s leading communications group WPP AUNZ, is looking for a Senior Graphic Artist to join their Melbourne team.

The role

As part of our Melbourne studio, you will work closely with the account management and creative teams. There is a lot of variety – you may be working on templated branded artwork, or bringing concepts to life from storyboard to final delivery of spec-ready assets. You'll work across a range channels including press, digital, print, OOH and AV.

Who we are looking for

As well as attention to detail that's second to none, you are a whiz with short cuts. Your speed and proficiency as a graphic artist will be put to good use as you work your way through a variety of jobs in this fast-paced environment. You have excellent layout and typographic skills as well as the ability to understand and work within clearly defined brand guidelines to produce high quality work that’s fit for purpose.

You have a firm understanding of digital and print specifications and you are a master of the software to produce the work within a Mac environment. Strong skills are required in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Animate. Strengths in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and coding are also highly regarded, as will your constant desire to self-learn and keep up to date with new media and best practice.

With tertiary qualifications in Graphic Art/Finished Art, you will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position. You have a great attitude and you’re a problem solver who attacks challenges head on with drive and passion.
