 About the role: 

We are looking for Senior Designer in Perth who can help lead and develop an award-winning team. We're looking for someone who knows strong brands aren’t built on “that’ll do” and they live in the real world, not in a style guide. Someone with dual specialities under their belt, who’s ready to add a third.

What you’ll do:

• Concept, develop and produce an exceptional standard of work across traditional, digital and environmental design experiences.
• Work fluidly with creative, digital strategists, developers and production to ensure our creative vision is realised and the clients are blown away
• Lead, mentor and develop the potential of a team of designers

What you'll bring: 

• Proven solid experience within the design &/or advertising agency experience on developing design solutions for integrated campaigns
• Attention to detail. Comprehensive understanding of specs, formats, and how to deliver design concepts through to finished art
• Great eye and skill with thorough understanding of design, photography and typography 
• Leads by example, hardworking, dedicated and passionate about design
• Effective communication skills and a positive, calm and considered manner are essential
