City of Perth - New Website
The new City of Perth website involved an extensive and comprehensive deep-dive into how the city conducts its business, who its clients are and what they want, so that we could work out how to streamline their operations by creating a new website that had a customer first approach.
This is just the first stage of the City’s digital transformation project. The main goal of the minimum viable product (MVP) was to improve the findability and quality of the content on the City’s website and highlight venues and activities in the city so people know what’s happening and want to visit more often. One of the next stages is for triggered EDM’s and marketing automation to be activated.
The website is built on the enterprise CMS platform, Sitecore XP and includes marketing features such as persona mapping and content personalisation.
