Foodbank WA brand book

Every so often we give a up close and personal view into our work, the history behind it and an explanation around the insights and strategy. We're featuring our pro-bono work for Foodbank WA, most recently recognised at PADC's 'The Skulls' awards night, taking home a 'Best of Category' in Brand Design and a Bronze in Best Art Direction and Design.

Foodbank WA is a not-for-profit organisation which acts as a pantry to the charities and community groups who feed the hungry across Western Australia. Foodbank was suffering from low brand recognition in a highly competitive market where many other charities are also struggling to be heard.

In response, a brand book was designed as a ‘leave behind’ piece for when management and key staff met with potential donors, supporters and benefactors.

Our team of designers aimed to outline the real issues around hunger, malnutrition and food waste in Australia – one of the fattest nations in the developed world – and why a large percentage of the population are still going hungry.
