The 9th WPP’D Smart report looks at the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and the prospects that lie ahead as we enter the recovery phase.

QSR was already reshaping for less on-premise dining and more takeaway or delivery powered by services like Uber Eats or Deliveroo, and COVID-19 has accelerated that trend.
