WA Police Force and The Brand Agency join forces to launch new recruitment campaign

The State Government has committed to delivering an additional 950 police officers over the next four years. To achieve this objective WA Police Force and The Brand Agency have created ‘Let’s Join Forces’, a galvanising campaign and call to action exposing what a career in the police actually involves.

Policing the largest jurisdiction in the world is no small task and is so much more than people expect, offering a career with variety, job security and the benefit of every task laddering up to helping and serving the community. The campaign called on Police Officers from across our great State to provide an authentic view of the roles they do every day.

The ‘Let's Join Forces’ campaign was launched on Sunday 24 January by the Premier of Western Australia and will run across TV, radio, OOH, press and digital.

"I've had the privilege of meeting so many members of the WA Police Force and getting an understanding of the broad scope of hard work and passion that goes into protecting our communities every day. Let's Join Forces is a call to join the incredible team that keep us safe and make a difference in our State." said Sandra De Witt, Account Director at The Brand Agency.

"During our ride-alongs with officers, facility visits and interviews, we discovered a passion for community protection and care; and a strong sense of team and camaraderie amongst the officers, whatever their rank. Essential qualities in a job where anything can happen. ‘Let’s Join Forces’ has been an epic undertaking using the combined forces of State Government, our friends at WA Police Force, and our production partners. A huge WA thank you to all those involved;" said Dean Hunt, Executive Creative Director at The Brand Agency.
